We built the horse-case store we couldn't find.
Velvet Fauna started with a small frustration. Every "horse phone case" shop online is the same: thousands of stock images dumped onto plastic, no curation, no care, no reason to choose one over another. The horses deserved better — and so did the people who love them.
So we made a house, not a marketplace. We illustrate each horse with character — breed, herd, or coat — give it a name, and document it with a real field note. We keep the catalogue deliberately curated and add to it deliberately. The result feels less like shopping and more like walking a gallery wall — except everything in it fits in your pocket and survives a fall.
Device fit
Each design lists the exact models it's available for, shown on the product page. We support current and recent iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, and Google Pixel devices. Pick your horse first — then choose your phone at the design. If you don't see your model, it's likely coming; subscribe and we'll tell you.
Shipping
Every case is printed to order, so there's a short make time of 1–3 business days before it ships. Standard shipping is free on orders over $40; under that it's a flat $4.90. Most orders arrive within 5–8 business days of ordering. You'll get a tracking link the moment your specimen leaves the workshop.
Returns & the Keeper's Guarantee
If your case arrives flawed, misprinted, or damaged, we replace it free — no need to send anything back. If you simply changed your mind, you have 30 days; reach out and we'll sort it. We stand behind the print and the protection. If a drop ever cracks your case (not your phone — that's the point), tell us and we'll make it right.
Case care
Wipe with a slightly damp cloth; skip harsh solvents and abrasives, which can dull the print and finish. The polycarbonate shell resists yellowing far better than cheap TPU-only cases, but keeping it out of prolonged direct sun helps every material last longer.

Privacy
We collect only what we need to fulfill your order and improve the shop — your contact and shipping details, and basic analytics. We never sell your data. Payment is handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number. You can request deletion of your data any time at the contact address above.
Terms
By ordering from Velvet Fauna you agree that products are made to order, that minor variation in color is inherent to printing, and that our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. All artwork and illustrations are original works owned by Velvet Fauna and may not be reproduced without permission. These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business.
