Privacy

We collect only what we need to make and deliver your order: your name, shipping address, email, phone number (for the carrier) and payment confirmation. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers. We don’t sell your personal information.

Your photos

When you upload a photo for a custom order, your browser first prepares a copy of it — this applies the correct rotation and removes hidden metadata such as GPS location. That copy is stored privately on our server, is never shown publicly, and is sent to our print partner only to print your order. If you upload a photo but don’t order, it is not used for anything. Email us any time to have your photos deleted.

Gift reveal cards

Reveal cards are built entirely in the link you share. We don’t store the names or messages.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful. It uses cookies; you can block them in your browser.
