Shipping

Shipping is free on US orders. Every item is made to order and ships within 48 business hours to the address you enter at checkout. You’ll get a confirmation email, and tracking where the carrier provides it. Delivery time after shipping depends on the carrier, so we don’t promise specific delivery dates; for holidays we recommend ordering early.

Sending a gift? Enter the recipient’s name and address as the shipping address at checkout.

Returns

Returns are free within 30 days of delivery — including items printed with your own photo. Email support@velvetfauna.com with your order number and we’ll send return instructions. If an item arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, include a photo and we’ll replace or refund it.
